Hey Guys,
Did you miss me? No? Ok, anyway.....
I finally went out and plunked down the cash and walked out of Lindberg Musik Geschäft here in Munich Germany with E-magic's Audio Logic Platinum 4.6.
Now, when I bought the software yesterday, I knew ahead of time that this IS IN FACT a multi-lingual program; meaning it can be run in several languages including German and English. The man said, "No problem, I like to run it in English myself." I told him that my computer came with Windows Me pre-installed in German. And I have lived and worked here now for so long that I am pretty comfortable with Windows in German. However, anyone that has bought Audio Logic Platinum is aware of that 1,000 page manual, and those other 200 page manuals. It comes with 3 Damn manuals. I love it!
Anyway, point being, this is a monster of a program to learn, so you can all imagine my disapointment, when I put the CD in the CD-ROM drive, and it ran the "self-install" and when it was all over, it was, much to my dismay, installed in German.
How do I get it to run in English? Can SOMEONE PLEASE help me before I go and strangle someone!!!???!!! No, only kidding, I am not freaking out, because I know that I will get it, I just need to know how. I would just go back to the music store, but that is a bit of a difficult task. It is a bit hard to explain. But the music store is hard to get to for me, because I have no car here in Munich, and by train it is a.... anyway, I was just wondering if anyone here knew how to fix this? I really would be greatful, for any advice. Thanks in advance guys.... Boy it is great to be back!
