Im looking to get an audio interface that, works with garage band, has at least 2 XLR inputs, a guitar input, usb connect and under 300. any help appreciated

there are soooooooooooooooo many and if you do a search of this forum you'll find plenty of options and people opinions on them.
if 2 in's is all you need, the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 is not a bad choice and should run fine with garage band

Go to Sweetwater .com. audio interfaces - usb, then sort by price, look at teh features of them, then come back here and search for more info on them!

Like the post above said, go to sweetwater or one of the other music retailer and you'll find quite a few interfaces in your price range. My question would be why does it have to work with garageband? Many will come with their own software so you don't have to worry about it works with garageband. Not that anything is wrong with garageband, but there's better out there.
