audio interface between $400 and $500

i'm buying a new audio interface today for about and i have $500 to spend. what do you guys recommend me buying for that price so i can get professional sounding recording? i record hip hop by the way. thanks

You probably need to refine your question a little before asking it. What are you recording on and with, do you have preamps, how many rec tracks at once do you need to support........ that kind of stuff.
