Most contemporary audio interfaces will be fine with Reaper.

Which you choose depends more on your budget and the number of inputs you need.

You may get a whole heap of people adding their favourites. I, for example, have been happily using a pair of Presonus Firepods since around 2003.
 
I’ve used Motu 2408 mkIIIs, Motu HD192s, Avid, and even a Behringer UMC204 without any problems.
