I have two mp3 files, that I wish to Trimming out part of it and then merge in to one file. I know to convert from Mp3 to Wav and back with mp3 editor, so if you can suggest me an audio editor that will work on wav file - that will also do.

I recommend Bias Peak. It's a great stereo audio editor. However, it's Mac only, so if you're on PC, sorry.

Audacity is free and should do what you want. Reaper is shareware. Sound Forge is a good stereo editor if you want to pay.

Any time you are looking for freeware/shareware audio software, you should go over to www.hitsquad.com/smm

Use Audacity. It's free. It works on any platform (mac, pc, linux). It works.
