Stop it, I can't breathe
Just installed the new Audigy drivers. Big improvement! Now I can finally use the WDM drivers in Homestudio! No crackles, no dropouts. :D

But...when I try to move the latency slider nothing happens. The slider moves, but it doesn't alter settings....

Any idea what could be the problem?

You have to run Wave Profiler again every time you move that slider. HS needs to re-calculate its buffer settings based on the latency amount you select with the slider.

What version are you using?

I use HS2002XL and the vaules to the right of the slider are measured in mlliseconds and not buffers.

Hey, I've found out this problem is only cosmetic! The AUD.INI file tells me the real latency...(which is 73ms, fairly acceptable for my sort of needs)

Problem solved! :D
