Hey enthusiasts!
I normally hang around the Cool Edit forumn of this site, but anyways.......
Just a question on the SB Audigy 1 Value (now now.....be nice!!).
SB Live! 5.1 users know that there is a tonne of fun editable FX that can be used for your electric git and mic's.
Is it true that Audigy 1 doesn't have this same feature (whether it's hardware or software disabled/not included??)
I have just installed (into my 'fun' computer, not my studio computer) the Audigy 1 Value, but it looks like there's no realtime FX,(wah,ring-mod,delay,chorus etc) other than the basic reverbs, which cant even be edited, on the Audigy 1 anyway.
Geesh!!! My crappy old Live! has them.(and I say crappy affectionately!)
Do these FX start to become included in the Audigy 2 and above models?
Can I download some software that will enable the above 'guitar'FX in my Audigy 1??
Please guys, I know there are some very differing views with the SoundBlaster series of cards, but I do not plan on creating trouble, just looking for some basic feedback on my query!!
All the best!
