Im the guy who just purchased a QL6.2 over the Yamaha S03 and Juno-D.
I purchased it for the quick access to sounds via the big'ol buttons on the front
But have a question about using the MIX fuction for assigning many sounds to access during one song.
The Mix feature gives me the capability of picking out up to 16 sounds in a mix which Ive done and named the new mix the name of the song to be played. Then I have to page over from left to right picking midi channels to access the 2nd sound, 3rd sound ect. Is there an easier way to have many sounds to be accessed quicker? Also the second you page over, your now in (edited Mode) and one sloppy touch of one of the main sound buttons and you've just changed that sound assignment.
I just need to access about two to three sounds per song.
Any advise would be appreciated.
