Hello there!
I got a AT2035 recently and I have it running through an ART Dual USB Pre. Whenever I record, I don't really get the fuller sound. I used to have a Blue Yeti which is a USB mic and I'm nearly getting the same quality. I recorded a verse to collab with a friend and he says that my vocals have nearly no bass. I've recorded on his mic before too and there is a major difference. He is using the AT2020. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have the pad at 0db and I don't have the lo-cut on. I'm recording with Adobe Audition 3.0, but I have other programs such as Adobe Audition CS5.5 and FL Studio 9 that I can also record with. Does anybody know what I can do to get more bass in my vocals? I know that I have it, but it seems that my mic isn't really picking up any bass. Any type of help would be great! Thank you in advance!
