So I'm planning to get a Mic to record vocals With my asus essence STX card, which one should i go for

24/192 and looks okay.
8 channels (output)
full duplex
1/2? channel (input / 6.30mm / 1/4"?) analog for line AND mic.
- not always a good thing to share functions on a single port. Lots of potential for degradation there.

USB could prove problematic in that you can't monitor while recording.

Looking like a good option if you don't have a lot of extras already.

U for USB, so probably not suited for your needs. Assuming you want a backing track in closed ear headphones to not be recorded by the mic with the vocals.

Ive decided its down to those due to pricing and availability.

The snowball is probably most available (off the shelf / used). But none of those options look particularly exciting. Mics can be a very personal thing and those are just the minimum options IMO.
