I had a listen to this when I was checking out your 50 cent remix.
I hate the song and i hate ashanti.
But that being said, you did a real good job of it.
I loved the beat and you almost had me liking the song
It's kinda hard to write a lengthy review of your work because there's never very much to say.

Just took a listen. Could use a few changes throughout the song as it seems the same 4 bar phrase loops and loops. The flute's tiring, and should either be replaced by a flute part that's not so busy, or a different instrument that you reserve for certain parts of the song.
A great mix needs a lot of variety. You've got some great production going on here, but those couple of things could certainly turn your production into a "better" product.
