Some CD players are set up to where you can put in a CD and it will tell you the artist, title, and tracks. How do they do this and how can I encode this information on my recording?

When I'm exporting in Cubase it gives me a little thing to fill out to put on the cd. I haven't seen any programs that just name tracks. Gotta be some out their.

It's called (Ta-Da...) CD TEXT.
Not to be confused with Gracenote & CDDB (which is internet based), CD-TEXT is written into the TOC on a REDBOOK disk.
PQ Editing programs (WaveLab for sure, perhaps CD Architect) write the information to the disc which is read by some players.
