hello Boz,
Ilike the split nature of this, it has a develoiping sense of epic.
I do think it's missing bottom end though.
Good recording & mixing - sound terrific except for the bottom end .
 
Are you going to add lyrics to it?

Right now, it kind of sounds like just an intro to a song (a really good intro, but an intro nonetheless).

I like the big dynamic switches. Very epic metal.

nah, I won't be adding lyrics. Finding someone who can write lyrics and sing is the part I hate most about making music, so I've just given up on the idea altogether. This song was a bit more unstructured than I originally planned, which probably adds to it's unfinished feeling. That's something I'll be sure to keep a grasp on for the next song.
 
This sounds awesome, I really liked it. I particularly like the softer parts. A good vocal track would really set this off.
