Are they all bad?

I was reading in here about the Berhi mixing boards being of poor quality, I was wondering are their monitor speakers no good either? I was looking at these

Behringer B2031 Truth Active Studio Monitor

But after reading about how bad the mixing boards are I am thinking I might want to reconsider.

You can generally do a lot better than Behringer gear of any type... but it all depends on your budget, how serious you are about recording, and how fussy you are about sound quality.

(ie - if you're cutting demos for your family and friends only occasionally, then it doesn't make sense to spend a lot on pricey gear)

Behringer gear is generally firmly routed in the budget camp, as opposed to being considered more serious recording tools.

I am looking for somthing that puts out serious sound, but is still in the "budget camp" as I am not doing this professionaly (at least not yet) but I do want something that come sout sounding really good not just passable. so I guess the middle ground is what I am looking for. Thanks for the info though.
