hi,
for recording drums I am still looking around and I've come across this set of microphones:
Drum kit microphones Audio-Technica mic set pro. mics. | eBay

I was wondering that if I plugged them, along with my behringer c-2's as overheads, into a behringer X1222USB Xenyx 16 input 2/2 bus mixer, whether the the quality would be any good.
The reason I am concerned with the set of mics is the fact they are only £100 so it would be great if anyone could tell me more about them.

You get what you pay for ...
By the way, if you hook up the mics to that mixer and want to record each mic into a separate track in your DAW you're out of luck. It's mixer, and will put everything onto a stereo (2 channel) track. Consider getting an audio interface with enough separate channel capability to record each mic on its own track. OF course if you are only playing live, never mind!

They are the bottom of the line for AT but they are better than most others out there!

I think this sums it up perfectly.

AT, basically, make good quality, value for money, microphones. Not as good as the top makes, but better than all the Chinese copies and store brand stuff.
