Arabic Instrumental Metal

This is an Arabic style metal song, I tried to do something unconventional, different from the typical fair of melodic metal. I worked very hard at writing and recording this, it took a lot out of me, but admittedly I didn't spend much time on mixing.

I can vaguely sense timing problems but I need help pointing out exactly where.

General impressions are appreciated as well:

There are a couple spots where the snare sounds like it's trying to catch the pulse...falling behind...and a couple individual hits that miss their mark, exactly.

But the pulse feels good and strong and unwavering...the other stuff in-between doesn't blow that......like a mole on Cindy Crawford's cheek....organic and not unpleasant. Because it's a mole on your cheek...all you can see is the mole.....

I say it's good as it is! Nice recording.

i liked it. i hate how metal has to have so much double kick though. that's just kinda how i feel about the genre and personally i think less kick would work better for this song. not that it sounded bad at all.

Thanks for the comments,

Well double kick is perhaps an overused convention in metal, imo it adds to the intensity, but to each his own. :)
