Apple Powerbook G4 UPGRADEs ?

I have a powerbook g4
the specs are :
G4 400 MHz
40 GB
512MB RAM

I need a upgrade. What should I get ? Where should I buy from ?

Just to clarify a bit, are you talking about a Ram upgrade, and external drive, a whole new laptop?

Where to buy? Depending on what your are looking for, I've always had good luck with MacMall. CDW also seems to do a good job listing Mac products. And there is always the online Apple store if you don't mind paying sales tax.
