Anyone with a Delta 1010...help please!

First lesson is if you're just learning, anyone answering your questions on here usualy has a good idea what they are on about, otherwise they wouldn't answer.

When you instal the drivers (from the m-audio website) the control panel will be instaled, trurst me...I'm running 2 1010s and 2 410s in the same system...they all work from the one control panel....and it's available as soon as you instal the drivers and your card is recognised.

Geez, guys please calm down.

I would remove the 1010 PCI from the computer, and deinstall everything
Maudio related(drivers,etc.)
Next get and install the latest 1010 drivers from the Maudio site.
Next re-install the 1010 PCI card, and follow the prompts.

Now if everything doesn't work properly after that, then contact Maudio
support and let us know what they say.

first thing I do when I get a new piece of hardware is download the latest driver.........the install cd usually never gets touched. personally I would rather install the downloaded driver than maybe install an out of date one from a cd, try to figure out why it's not working right, uninstall it, then go download the latest one. also, downloading makes it easy to backup your drivers to a folder rather than looking through an install cd packed full of multiple drivers for different systems and trial software.

btw, I really like my 1010LT so far. I'm glad I listened to the recommendations from this forum.
