Anyone using Gadgetlabs 8/24 w/CE

Trying to transfer eight audio tracks from analog simultaneously, it looks like I am assigning all digital tracks correctly but only the drums on analog tracks one and two come through on all eight digital channels. Any suggestions?
 
Yeah, I'm using the Wave 824 with Cool 1.2 and Cool 2.0. I've used it with Audition as well.

In Wavepro Properties, what have you got assigned for Input Gain, Output Gain, and Input Monitor?

In Cool Edit, what have you got assigned for Options>Device Properties>Wave in/Wave out?
