Anyone use 2 1010LTs (or more) in one machine?

Does it work, or does it work in theory only? Or is it a case of, yeah, you can beat it into submission, but it won't be pretty (in which case I won't bother).

you'll have no problem running up to 4 cards from the DELTA family in any one machine if your computer specs are up to the job.

Driver support has vastly improved since M-Audio first started out.

I have a Delta 1010 (not LT) and two Delta 410 PCI cards in my machine for 12in/24out to feed my console on mixdown. Cards sync up nicely through the delta control panel with no outboard colcks or cables. Plug & play....it really is that simple.

Delta user since 1999 with no problems

Thanks

I didn't know if the LTs were a different animal, being a sort of stripped down version of the 1010.

What kind of computer power do you think I'd need to run that setup? What are you running? And this would be for Sonar Home Studio, unless I upgrade from that, too.

Thanks again. I appreciate the help.

And on a related note

would running 2 at the same time cause any heat issues?

The PCI cards don't generate much heat at all. My computer specs are on my studio link in my sig.

Sharp looking setup!

If I had a setup like that, no one would ever see or hear from me again!

(That should be encouragement for you guys to take up a collection. ;) )

A little off topic, but how do you like your Tampa? If you had it to do over again, would you still get it, or something else? How do you think it compares to the pres in your Topaz?

Thanks again.
