Anyone tried this software for your 2488?

I've just gotten to know my 2488 and i heard about this program for the computer to run the 2488. i found it very interesting despite the fact that i have just gotten to know my 2488 and haven't even recorded anything with it yet. i doubt i'd get it because it's really unnecessary for what i do, but it is intriguing regardless. what do you all think?

I downloaded it but have never tried it as I don't have a MIDI port on my laptop. To be honest I've no use for mix automation. A basic MIDI sequencer would be more useful.
