Anyone know of any decent free bass plugins?

I'm working on a song at the moment and the bass within it is very prominent, it has a bass solo in there too. I record bass parts directly as follows:-

Washburn XB100--->M-Audio DMP3--->M-Audio Audiophile 192--->Cubase SL3

I'm pretty happy with the way my bass parts sound, and I usually just add a little compression and sometimes a touch of chorus onto them. I was just wondering if there are any free plugins out there tailored for bass guitar, to beef up bass tracks some - maybe bass amp simulators similar to simulanalog for guitar? Many thanks.
