Anyone have info on an Apex 470?

At first I thought it was a misprint of the 460 but the photo proves that wrong.
If you goggle up apex 471 you get the same picture!.! :confused:

Ahh! Looks like the 471 is a newer version of the 470.

Just a guess but if you read their descriptions, both are SDC tube mics for which the capsules can be changed (cardoid and omni). Since the model numbers are so close, I guessed that the 471 is a newer version of the 470.
 
I emailed Apex and they confirmed that the 470 and 471 are identical.
 
You mean, same microphones off the assembly line..... but giving it two different model numbers?? :confused: ??
