This is solo 7 string guitar and vocals. The vocals were done with a Studio Projects B3 condenser mic and the guitar ran through a Yamaha DG Stop. Both the guitar and vocals went through an Audiobuddy before going to a Tascam 788.
Thanks. It's an all-in-one guitar amp modeller and effects unit. It's basically competition to the Pod and other similar devices. The idea is to allow you to record guitar tracks direct without having to run through an amp. I find that running it via the Audiobuddy warms up the signal and gives me a better handle on the gain structure although I still prefer mic'ing a real amp.
