if you do, would you mind measuring the distance on the bottom racks from the rack to the back plate? i am wondering if i can put a 4u rack computer case with 20-21" depth.

Why don't you email the manufacturer and ask them the rack depth?

According to the info on their site, the unit is 30" deep. Even with the lip sticking out on the front of the base of it, it looks like the depth is still at least 24". That's just a guess based on eyeballing the unit in the picture, the metal rack structure looks about two feet deep.
I'd not heard of this company, but they seem to have some interesting products. Thanks for bringing them to my attention!
