Came up with this little tune tonight after being inspired by a beat I heard. It's really rough (i mean REALLY ) so excuse the shockingly bad mix and the lack of any choruses or other parts.
Was just wondering if anyone fancied collaborating in the way of vocals or anything else really. I'm gonna be taking the tune to my band aswell but recently i've decided to work on stuff myself too as often a tune wont work very well in the context of my band and we'll drop it.

If anyone fancies the idea gimme a shout :)

i really don't have anything to offer as far as collaboration, but that's a really cool sound... i've always though of hand-claps as pretty cheesy in a rock-type setting, but somehow it works very well for this tune...
way too much compression though... i hope you get somewhere with this tune.

I'm not your vocal guy...but..
I found the music to be extremely over maxed and distorted to hell.

Yeah sorry bout that :D I got a bit carried away with a tape sim I was playing with.

It's only to give a rough idea of the tune. The heavy over the top geetary bit will most probably land up at the end.

I just gave your song idea a listen and I really like it. It's not quite my style of rock, but even so I could feel a few ideas stirring...

If you could come up with something a touch darker, same sounds but more minor keys, a bit more 'Radiohead', I'll definitely have some lyrics to throw at it. Obviously this may not be your thing at all, vive la difference and all that.

I wasn't able to hear the song, but I'm always up for collaborating. If you want a guitar sound let me know.
 
Cheers Klytus and 64 firebird, I've scrapped that tune now because I've started a new project, also the lack of much interest leads me to believe that it wasn't so good anyhoo.

I'll definatelly give you guys a shout when I've got something better though. :)
