anyone ever use kt drum trigger or drumagog?

I am trying to figure out how to get drumagog 4 or kt drum trigger to send a midi signal to superior drummer. I have sonar 8, i have gotten kt drum trigger to do it before, but for some reason I can't for the life of me figure out how i did it before. I wanna replace the crappy drum recordings with samples and can't get the signals sent with these programs.

I haven't used either of those, but you should be able to use Audiosnap to save the tracks as MIDI....
