Anybody Used a similar rack?

Hey guys I am looking at buying a rack for my 828mkII and other rackmountable items I will be buying in the future...i found this really simple looking rack on ebay but it looks like it might be really flimsy. It also looks like it might work perfectly if I was going to build a desk for my computer and mixer and monitors if I wanted to build this rack into it so my rackmount is attached to my desk sorta like those RTA mix stations. Has anybody used something like this? is it worth buying? here's the link...

Are you planning on taking your gear places, like a mobile studio w/ a laptop (i.e.)? Or will it be staying put?
 
Don't know about being pulled, but the auction is now back on. Anyway, I have a couple of those, in my studio. Yes, they feel cheap as all get out, and very flimsy. But, once you bolt the first piece in there, it suddenly feel solid. Well, as solid as the piece bolted in. Fill the whole thing up, and it turns into a heavy mass of gear. Super easy access, since there is no enclosure.

BTW, the BIN price is the same as, or higher than, what you can find in B&M shops.
