I still do, C12 chrome cassingles as 1st generation copies off a 15 ips master made on an Otari 50-50 1/4" to a Technics RS-TR515 or an Akai GX-95 cassette deck.

I buy the C12's in bulk, 100 at a time.

Usually I use the Technics when we're making a batch 'cause it can record two at once. The Akai I keep for my own pleasure.

People get a bit stumped these days when we offer them up a cassette rather than the usual CD if they want some of what we do.

Just interested to know if anyone else still digs that old medium for general consumption?

I've got a Tascam 122b and a Nakamichi MR-2 that I use on a regular basis, mostly for copying vinyl or CDs to cassette. Anytime I go anywhere that has Maxell XL-II cassettes available, I snap up as many as I can.:D
