Anybody know...?

I spent $130 on an M-Audio Oxygen 8 about a year ago and the NeOn
certainly looks more capable. The mere fact that it has a keyboard, an audio interface and at least eight knobs for sending controller data makes it very attractive. I can't imagine that it's build quality is inferior to the Oxygen 8 which is still going strong. The only question would be the quality of the microphone preamp, but since it has a line in you could fit a third-party mic pre without any trouble.

Looks good - be sure to post your impressions when you actually get your hands on one...
