Anybody in here ever bought this "guide"?

I was going thru ebay and i found this guide a guy is selling. It's supposed to have information on getting a "proffessional sound" with cheap gear. I'm curious to see what kind of crap this guy has stuffed in this so called guide. I'm not buyin it tho!
