any paul westerberg fans?

I love paul's solo recordings.
trumpet clip clip clip.
The guitar sounds more like Billy Bragg's hybrid thing - not a bad thing either.
Nice to hear someone playing hommage to westerberg.
 
thanks for the listen, i'm working on a set list for a show i'm doing in june and i'm trying to pick out two westerberg songs to throw in there, i think thats going to be one of them.
 
Almost anything off Eventually'd be good - esp Good Day or - geeze - it's hard to pick from so many fine songs.
 
Man - great sound for one guy with a guitar - is this just one guitar track?
Good mix between guitar and vocals....sit together blending well. What reverb/echo are you using? It sounds good.... I could enjoy listening to a set of this - your audience will no doubt have an enjoyable evening's entertainment.....Nice touch on the ending ;)
 
thanks a whole lot guys, i'm glad you like it. the reverb was one of the studio reverbs on adobe audition 2, i just tweaked the preset a bit. yes, it was one guitar track and my vocal track recorded live. i tried recording the guitar and vocals seperate but it just didnt really have the same feel to it.
