You can probably use the program that you already have (Acid 4.0). Just keep expanding your grid, then keep dividing your BPM's.

yeah thanks everyone, except i dont have the full prg.
im thinking ill save up for cubase SX at some point,
because i have been reading that VST has issues with XP
it just sucks Acid 4 doesnt have a snap to for 128

Have you tried what SPINSTERWUN suggested?
You should be able to to get 128th notes.
If your BPM is 150 and your only getting 64th notes then change it to 300 BPM and your 64th notes will actually be 128th notes.
There is a way.
