Is the 8-ball any good havent heard talk of it?

Another mic I havent heard much of here is the CAD M177, is it any good for vox?

Apparently the M177 is supposed to be as good as an AKG C414.

First post eh? While the M177 is a nice mic to have around at that price, it is difficult to even compare it to the 414, let alone say it's better. I like the M179 but there are lots of options at this price point.
