Any free tool to make my own XP restore cd?

I have an 80 GB drive, which I want to divide in 2 partitions. Since I don't want to install everything again, I want to make a restore Cd so I just restore my current installation to one of the new partitions (so I guess it needs to deal with different sized parts).

The real only thing to use is partition magic 8.0 It's not free tho but could be if you play your cards right.......
