Hello,

I've been busy recording and mixng some songs. There is no bass in any of the songs, just drums, guitar and vocals, as there are only two of us in the band.

I just want some feedback really from people who are more experienced than me. I'm sure there is plenty wrong with them and some outside opinion could open my eyes to some problems i am missing.

uhm .. i love this.

i think its wonderfully done, actually.

Its very "Against Me!" in every way - the song itself, the recording style, and the energy created by both.

haha ... i have no suggestions for any changes though ... so i guess i fail the "constructive critiscism" you asked for ...

my only complain is that there aren't more available for download ;-)

Checking out knee deep (acoustic)... nice acoustic sound!
Vocals seem to fit nice. Group vocals start to remind me of dropkick murphys a bit.
Okay... well I missed that there was another "knee deep" above... so checking that out too... like this even better. Percussion sounds good. Again, get a bit of the DM vibe. Real cool tune, nothing much as far as criticism goes from me, just that maybe it ends kind of abrupt.
Good work, enjoyed it

Thanks for the comments, it's good to know we're not the only people who like our songs.

We've got a few more songs recorded but the 4 that are on the website are the only ones i've mixed. Hopefully the others should be done in the next week or so, so feel free download them when they're done.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the recording and production of the songs though. I'm putting these songs to bed now but i want to know where the weaknesses are, so i can look out for these areas with the next set of songs we record.
