I am a brand new midi and cakewalk user. I have an Ensoniq EPS keyboard and cakewalk pro audio 9 . I just got the midi cable to run from the board to the joystick/midi port on my computer. I want to record audio tracks, not midi tracks, from my keyboard's sequencer into cake and have each individual track that I record start recording at the same start point so they'll be in sync. How do I set cakewalk and my keyboard up so that when I press record or play on either, the audio tracks will record into cake at the same start point? I hope I worded this right, as I am as much a moron as a newbie at computer recording.
