Thanks for the feedback! I made some changes, redid the vocals and have acoustic and electric swaps licks during the solo. I plan to go back and remake it ... for right now I'm just experimenting and REALLY appreciate the feedback and ideas. Here's the new version:

Some good guitar playing. I liked some of the lines.

The song needs background vocals. Especially in the chorus. A double tracked lead vocal would probably be cool.

You could probably nudge up the bass a little bit.

The heavy reverb on the guitar really dates it. Might be what you want. But it's gonna sound like a 70's song. The vocal is pretty dry by comparison. Sounds disjointed from the instrument bed.

I'd give about a half-second of silence at the beginning of the song. It starts very abruptly.
