another cubasis question

I recorded a song in Cubasis VST. I then realized that when my computer was built they used the larger HD for the system files, not doing what I requested. So I had them switch the drives for me. In the process they managed to save all of my data.

I re-installed my Cubasis VST, but when I call up the pre-recorded song, I get a lot of noise along with audio and midi tracks. I made sure the sampling rate was correct and even messed with the song tempo.

Any ideas?
