Alright, so currently I have an Intel Core 2 Duo T6400, 2GHz with the built in 4500MHD Graphics card, and 4gb of RAM...I have an external soundcard...its not magnificient, but it worked fine, the problem? My 320gb HD is corrupted, my windows system files have malware, the laptop screens broken, and I think my girlfriend might be pregnant. Lol, no but seriously, its time to put this baby to rest. Sadly, I'm extremely LOW on cash, and ATM, I need the laptop more for college than I do for music production, so I'm looking for the CHEAPEST possible alternative, like DIRT CHEAP, so I can still run a very modest project in a DAW without it crashing as well as handle power point and the like. Any suggestions?
