Up until a few weels ago my setup was working just fine. I had a synth, a Delta 44, Event 20/20 bas monitors and a computer.
Recently I bought a new synth and some decent cables for my hook ups. But now, I notice that I have an audible hum coming from my monitors that I don't recall having heard before.
Any reason why I have this now, and what would cause this in the first place?
And just FYI: this hum only is audible when the audio engine in my Cakewalk is activated.
I don't know yet if the hum actually is getting into the recording or not, but I don't think it is.
Suggestions?
