anyone know of a spectrum analyzer prog? or a plugin that will work with sound forge?

Ther are several vst plugs that freq analyze.C-plugs has one .Another is called FFT.Don't know if your software supports vst though.A free program caled Spectrogram is available.Go to http://prorec.com and go the software page.Look for Spectrogram.
