Gated Reverb works wonders on vocals, it adds reverb, but doesn't make the parts too muddy.
I tried the effect on guitar the other day, through a 19" unit and thought it was useable.
Does anyone know if there are any Gated Reverb effects pedals out there (preferebly an analogone), that sound any good?
