Hello,
I've been away for a time, buying the gear I needed to do some recording, (apologies to Blue Bear, you were right about needing something better than a computer mic [duh!] and I was a bit moronic for not getting your point)
reading stuff about recording, completing one of my tunes so I can record it, trying to mix my first tune, actually purchasing a book, learning how to set up and use my gear and software, and doing a bunch of other related stuff. I now realize that my ears need work, because I can't hear most of the stuff you all talk about. So, if you see me putting in my two cents, don't put too much weight on my comments... until I know what I'm doing, anyway.
