Amplitube problem

Amplitube users, maybe you can help me...

This cant be right: Im using Amplitube in Wavelab to apply to my guitartracks.
Everything is working peachy and it sounds wonderful exept for this: The dry sound wont go away! It stays and gets mixed with the Amplitube created sound. Is it something in the way Wavelab is working thats not optimum (since im using Amplitube as an effect) or something else?

Help appriciated!
 
It sounds like you are using Amplitube as an send effect rather than an insert effect.

Send mixes the effect with the dry signal to a variable degree, insert gives you and 100% effect with no dry sound at all.

I use Amplitube in Cubase as an insert effect and it works perfectly.
