That is one of the Lee Jackson models. They came in 50 and 100 watt versions. I had the 100 watt version and just my opinion they couldn't beat the VT22 or V4 ampegs. Depends on what you play, that head is for metal, the V4 would be more of a classic sound, think Stones, Johnny Winter. Anyways the Lee Jacksons have on board power attenuators, soakers, whatever you want to call them and that is pretty cool. I sold mine and now use a Fender Super Reverb
I am pretty sure the Lees were built in the early to mid nineties. You can switch tubes from I think 6l6 to el84s? there is a bias switch for that.
Someone has pictures from the first couple of jamfests and I am using that head and an ampeg bottom.
