Some flavour of Hafler (the TransNova series), Bryston, QCS, Crown....
If you're serious about it, stay away from the Alesis and the Samsons....

Bruce is down on the RA-100 because it sucks! I have the 20/20's and the Alesis, and it smears the sound in an unpleasant way, and lacks the power to adequately drive the 20/20. As soon as I can replace it I'm getting the Hafler P3000 (at Bruce's recommendation). I bought the amp before I joined this board and knew any better. Listen to the Bear - he knows!

Yeah, after reading of all the problems/posts in the last year with amp/monitor configs, I've decided from here on out to keep all my monitors active whenever possible
Let Mackie and Event figure out their best amplification, and build it into their monitors..20/20 BAS forever.
