Amp question...

12 will be bassier (is that a word?) I prefer the 12 to the 10 for guitar.

Yeah, I think it just depends on the sound you want. Conventional wisdom would say the 12 will be 'warmer' and 'rounder'. Depends on the type of music, and the volume you're going to be playing at, too.

You live in an apartment; you should be asking your neighbors.
:D

10" speakers can sound just as great, or maybe even better than 12" speakers. But usually to me the 10" speaker option needs to have a few of them. Like one 10" speaker might not sound as good as one 12", but a 2x10 or 4x10 can sound great.

Since those are 1x speaker cabs, I'd go with the 12" option. It's box is bigger. The bigger box will usually yield a fuller sound regardless of which speaker is in it.

Great amp choice BTW. Those are very cool little amps.

+1 for the twelve as well.

10s, singly at least, just do not quite have the "shout" of a 12 (if ya wanna get tekky it is to do with the cone circumference and the frequency where it all starts to "beam")

Now! I have two 10" spanking Greenbacks stashed away for a rainy. One day I shall cab them up* and I expect THOSE to sound great!

*actually at my energy level I probably never shall!

Dave.

Cool... thanks. I was thinking the 12 for the reasons mentioned...
