Some problems im having. One of the power tubes went out on my amp last week, so i replaced them. After replacing them, turned it on, all the tubes lit up fine. Nothing was coming through the amp though, the male output plugs used for testing and adjusting the bias were showing 0 on the multimeter. I figured it was the HT Fuse, and the fuse was in fact blown. So i replaced it, and turned the amp on. It instantly blew the fuse. Do you have any idea what could cause this? I cant use my baby!

paul,

pull all of the tubes...

replace the fuse...

turn the amp on... the fuse should not blow... if the Fuse blows... take the amp to a repairman...

put the tubes in one at a time and only one tube at a time... starting with the preamp tube... determine which tube blows the fuse...

make sure you don't directly handle the tubes with your hands... use a rag...
