amp noise?

Hey guitaristdan,

Have you tried this page http://bolt60.no.sapo.pt/? Website dedicated to the Roland Bolt 60. You can probably find a suitable fix to the hum problem there. IIRC it's the FX loop switch and the filter caps contribute to the hum on that amp. I see you had the filter caps changed out. Try looking into the FX Loop switch mod.

thanks drumslinger!;) "The amp has some constant hum even if the guitar isn’t connected, it can be annoying if you aren’t playing but this hum is normal in all tube amplifiers." thats a quote from the website - good to know!

I'll take a look into that FX loop switch modification, when i find some time. But the amps known for that hum without any guitars plugged into it, so yehh, thanks for everyones input and suggestions. Thats all the info i need
