Have you tried this page http://bolt60.no.sapo.pt/? Website dedicated to the Roland Bolt 60. You can probably find a suitable fix to the hum problem there. IIRC it's the FX loop switch and the filter caps contribute to the hum on that amp. I see you had the filter caps changed out. Try looking into the FX Loop switch mod.
